About The Double Play Academy

Hi! My name is Cameron, and I'm a senior out of Southern California. I am a varsity starting shortstop by trade, yet I have immersed myself in all areas of the diamond, being a pitcher until junior year when I experienced an unfortunate arm injury as well as being a catcher to that point as well. I have been playing baseball for as long as I was able to hold a bat, and it is truly one of my greatest passions. I am addicted to every facet of the game. I love it all, from pitching mechanics to bat flips, from defense to home runs. And now, I want to help you be at your best whenever you play and hopefully fuel a similar passion that I have for this wonderful game. Our mentors at Double Play Academy not only teach your child to be the best baseball player they can be but teach them to be the best competitor with a positive mindset (hence the double in Double Play Academy).
