Take Your Game To Another Level
After suffering a devastating arm injury that temporarily sidelined my baseball career during my sophomore year, I transformed this setback into an unexpected opportunity for growth. Fueled by determination and passion, I channeled my energy into researching the best exercises for optimal recovery. Through careful trial and error, I developed an effective arm care routine using J-bands (link below) that not only aided my own recovery but also proved beneficial for my teammates and others in their baseball journeys.

As I delved deeper into my research, I acquired a wealth of knowledge in various aspects of the game. This led me to create additional training routines, each tailored to specific goals and areas of improvement. These routines are simple yet highly effective, guaranteeing enhanced performance on the diamond.
